Tiki Bus is up and running again! Starting today we will be doing a scheduled run for the summer, running 3 days a week, Friday thru Sunday . Schedule posted below and on our website. We have also resumed our dinner shuttle service and charter services, please call or text 250-266-1521 to book. We have some COVID-19 measures in place to protect you and ourselves. Please follow these measures to help prevent the spread. We look forward to serving you again.

Since Wilson’s/Tofino Bus has stopped bus service to Tofino for the time being TikiCab may be doing a Special Friday trip this week if there is enough interest. So if you know someone else who got trapped here in Tofino and needs to get to the ferry in Nanaimo let them know TikiBus might be doing a trip and to contact us. 250-266-1521

Also just thought I’d mention that we are driving for the Beer Dinner in the Great Room at Long Beach Lodge so you don’t even need to contemplate driving when maybe you shouldn’t be.

Running on Fridays and Saturdays until December 21st mid-day scheduled service between Downtown and Cox Bay. Testing to see if I should try to run an expanded daytime schedule if the taxi decides he doesn’t want to run again this January like when he’s abandoned Tofino for the last 3 Januarys. Well we certainly do love the new TikiBus poster that The Funkee Wadd designed and hopefully we will have the online ticket sales and reservation system up and operational shortly. The plan is (With enough support) Mackenzie Beach / Outside Break complex into town as frequently as every 30 minutes (of course with enough support) 5 days a week up to 12 hours a day. Want your guests to pay their own way into town but you would like to be a pick up spot? There is a rate for th...at option. Want to provide this service to your guests and don’t want them to pay a fare to ride on TikiBus? There is a rate for that option too. Can’t afford all day service? Don’t want 5 day a week service perhaps? Figure out when you want us and you Pay by the stop. Sure we’re going to have a minimum daily stops/minimum charge to help make things feasible on our end. Let’s make this a sustainable service Tofino. So just to recap... You have the option of using us for our whole service day or just the minimum number of runs, and, provide your guests and off-duty staff with up to 2 buses per hour for about the same as cost as a hourly minimum wage worker conveniently, without the hassle of housing said worker or the costs associated with operating a shuttle of your own.
