[TIP TUESDAY] INSURANCE CLAIM PREVENTION Dishwashers - inspect all visible hoses and connections for leaks/clogs - inspect cabinetry and flooring for signs of water damage - replace dishwasher hose every 5 years with reinforced braided stainless steel hose... -inspect float assembly located on the bottom of the dishwasher -ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks - only run the dishwasher while someone is home Please ensure that these items are properly maintained within your unit to reduce the risk of an insurance claim/loss.
