Danka’s journey to fit and trim #WeighToGo Although this is totally out of my comfort zone, I wanted to share my journey with you. Perhaps it will inspire some of you. Years ago I was fit and trim. Then life threw me some curve balls. The biggest one being the loss of my siblings and husband, all within a few years. I went into survival mode. Exercise and healthy eating were the furthest from my mind. I gained weight and was unfit.... I was unhappy with who I’d become. I wanted to be healthy again but didn’t have the get go to do it. My son and daughter-in-law had joined Tim’s program and are now slim and fit. I was so inspired by them. I decided to join Tim’s Weigh to Go program in May. I have lost 34 pounds and 34 inches. I feel great. I am now maintaining my weight. I continue to work outactually I look forward to the workouts! At 58 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. Tim has been a great coach. His workouts are made to accommodate every fitness level. I love that Tim posts a video for each exercise we are to do. Also love that we can do the workout any time during the day. His meal plans are tasty and nutritious. He’s always happy to answer any questions I may have. He’s supportive and encouraging. Thank you Tim for helping me achieve my goals. I couldn’t have done it without you and your program.
