In December 2020, the housing market in the GTA continues it's ascent. All segments are showing significant growth with the exception of condos in the 416 as the downtown core continues to be largely shutdown. Average prices in the GTA have risen 11.2% from 2019 and the number of transactions completed has increased 64.5%!
