Today’s workout flick was the classic Predator. In honour of which we added Arnie curls to the child’s workout. He was so motivated he completed all his training circuits and doubled his distance on the cross trainer! Annie’s big guns can still motivate after all these years!
Recovering from a workout or trying to summon a kettlebell elder god?
A new milestone in my parenting. The child and I have now started working out together! He just finished his 4th workout, he feels good and seems to be enjoying it! (Watching horror movies as we train helps keep us motivated! )
You can always find 15 minutes. That’s what makes a simple circuit so great! 3-5 rounds will work out all of your major muscle groups and get you a good sweat. Try it!
