It's finally strawberry season! I tried something new today and made strawberry cookies. They taste like poptarts!!
Giant cookies! Today I tried something new, giant cookies! I got some amazing new scoops for Christmas from Lee Valley Tools and the first thing I wanted to make with them was cookies (of course). I used the biggest one I got and made these massive chocolate chip cookies which ended up being about 4" in diameter. I've got some very happy boys in my house now!
