You'll notice that the staff are wearing a face covering when interfacing with the public. ... We're asking that all guests also do the same. When not seated at the bar, or at a table, we're asking that you please wear a face covering. Whether you're standing in line to order a beer, using the washrooms, or returning dirty glassware to the bus bins. Today marks the inaugural run for our brand new fermentation vessel (FV4). And what better beer to kick off its life in the brewery, than our High Knoll Hazy IPA. Maybe you know the history, maybe you don't. But our original FV4 had a minor malfunction on opening night, just over a year ago, spilling 30HL of Oxford, IPA on to the floor.
