The dwell Matrix. A refractory lined boxed maze designed to slow superheated gas flow. Made from 16 sheets of steel. . Nice work to scotty and Justine on the Fab work here, Justine is in the process of seal welding the structure, then it is off to Edmonton with it to let the pros line it with refractory brick so it can handle operating temperatures. Soon all these parts will start coming together.

Completed portion of my carbon steel Venturi piping. Love building this type of stuff. All transitions and concentric cones come off our CNC machine as flat patterns then we layout and run them through the break to achieve the desired shape. The flow dwell matrix is in progress, should start to look interesting soon. Next week 310 hot side stainless heat exchanger and associated ducting are on my to do list.

The best part of every project.

It's fun when the projects are big enough they require you to build a project, to. Hold your project. Today I have the crew building a set of heavy duty industrial fab rails to make some of our projects easier. This is flat and true, and can be set down and levelled up anywhere to provide a flat grounded straight work surface to start on. Nice job guys.

These are chute sections made with hard surface chrome carbide overlaid plate. I think It's the same stuff satans throne is made from? ( kidding not really)On the wear side of this material it's difficult to make sparks with a grinder. This should help our customer stay running longer, with less maintenance. Hard stuff to work with.

We have been Busy! These are engineered in house 304 stainless part fabrication. Design to final product in house. Parts for a much larger assembly we are building.

These are industrial geardrive, pneumatic controlled kinetrol actuated heavy service air dampers. All machining, CNC cutting and parts were fabbed in house including the gear drive assemblies. We designed and engineered these dampers as well in house. This is during assembly, I am setting tolerances, timing the gearing and checking overall operation. We specialize in Excellence.

Any interest in some shooting targets?? I have a few peices of AR 450 plate left over, thinking about cutting a few target silouhettes. Pig, turkey, target whathavetou? Call the shop if you have interest. Also have a lot of 3" diameter x 1/2 AR plate drops out of projects that make excellent minute of angle at 100 yards when hung on a pendulum. Call the shop if your interested.
