We rescued daisy daze dee from @niagaradogrescue on January 5th 2020 and we can now say after 10 months she is officially a farm dog! After a small learning curve daze learned not to chase the sheep or bark at the cows, she also stopped trying to eat the ducks and chickens. She loves doing chores with us and is an expert at walking through the barnyard now. Her doggo siblings have also taught her how to get through all the gates. She does still eat poop though... ... overall she is one of the best decisions we have ever made! Chores are a big part of our life! We do morning and night chores at Tipsy Willow plus night chores at the home farm (where Jeanette grew up). People ask a lot what chores consist of~ this is the time of day when we feed grain and top up water and hay for the animals in the barn yard. It’s also a time to bring in any animals from pasture.
