We are preparing for tomorrow’s Ilocos Region #kantonightfoodfest and these Vigan Empanada are just so delicious! Its crispy on the outside crust, so soft and juicy, melt in your mouth filling. And dipped in Ilocos Vinegar - just completed the whole experience. You should try it and you’ll know why this photo was taken with only half left. First half wasn’t even chewed.
