Titan Tire & Auto is still in a lock-down and operating with a significantly reduced staff. However service appointments are now being booked for the 2nd week of April and beyond but we want to remind everyone that even these booking are dependent upon the conditions surrounding this COVID-19 pandemic. We are still focusing our work on emergency and essential repairs. These are deemed to be braking, steering, charging and starter electrical system problems, engine and/or tran...smission performance/shifting faults and flashing Check Engine warning lights. Non-Essential services are deemed to be solitary or standalone oil changes, on wheels seasonal changeovers and minor repairs and adjustments such as squeaks and rattles in the vehicles body. We want to protect our employees to the greatest extent possible, so we are operating on a no physical customer contact basis and have implemented strict procedures when dealing with dropped off vehicles. We would like to advise our customers that we are now operating with a significantly reduced staff. We have decided, that as some service work remains essential, we will take in any emergency work as necessary. Oil changes, tire rotations and changeovers, etc. are not deemed to be essential. No starts, charging system failures, fuel systems, etc. are deemed essential. Engine and drivetrain concerns may be if they might render the vehicle inoperable or unreliable.
