What do you do with a barrel of fresh honey? Maybe pour it on baked Brie with apples and walnuts?

First barrel of the season filled! Caj picked some flowers to celebrate. We did some quality control this morning with honey on homemade chocolate bread, yogurt, blueberries and raspberries.

So last fall I had the opportunity to meet the fellow that made the guitar Daphne got me as a wedding present. Had a fantastic visit at the Morgan Guitar workshop with David Iannone. He installed a pickup for me and partial payment was in honey. Check out morganguitars.com
