If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that patience is a valuable asset. 2020 made us stop ‘and smell the roses’, it made us stronger despite not being able to go to the gym and it made us realize that we can #BeLikeWater.... 2020 has been something else but we’d be lying if saying goodbye is anything other then bittersweet. Behind we leave an old life we once knew, a friend we will always cherish and the feeling of uncertainty. 2021 is going to be good! It’s going to be slow but definitely gentle and with everything 2020 was or wasn’t, slow and gentle is what we need. We hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday and even better New Years (especially to our TKO healthcare workers!). Here’s to a healthy 2021 and taking it on like champs! HOLIDAY LOCKDOWN UPDATE . As many of you already know #lockdown for all of #Ontario starts December 26th meaning we have to close up shop for 28 days as per government regulations. Because of the holidays we will be closed starting December 24th, but this time around we will be pausing all of your memberships due to this lockdown. It is unfortunate we won't be able to open when we originally expected but understand that this is something that needs to happen. ... M O N D A Y U P D A T E m i n d b o d y & a t t e n d a n c e With so many last minute cancellations or no shows we have decided to change a few things on #MindBody in respect to all members. ... Starting with a t t e n d a n c e : you guys, we have brought this up before and we have also addressed this personally to those who have continuously done this but PLEASE BE MINDFUL of your peers. DO NOT book a spot if you are not 100% sure if you will attend or show up on time. With limited spots and classes allowed to attend within the week, reserving a spot is not only unfair but rude. c a n c e l l a t i o n s : you will now only be able to cancel a booked class 1hr 15min before your scheduled class. If you need to cancel within the 1hr 15min you will need to call the gym to have your class cancelled and this will count towards one of your 3 classes. We’ve all been anxiously waiting and many of you have been asking when this will start, and as of right now we’re looking at mid-ish October! *stay tuned for when we announce!* In case you weren’t aware, original sign up sheet was scrapped and a new one was put up, so if you signed up before make sure to put your names down again! There a bit of misunderstanding with original sign up, so we decided to restart with hopefully a more clearer understanding. And lastly with this new normal, planning has proven to be a little more difficult then we expected, Kru Yai wants this to run as flawlessly as possible but we’ve just about got this all ready!!
