#EmployeeSpotlight Introducing Ray! Ray has been with TLC since the summer of 2007. Before his time at TLC, he worked on the lines of automobile assembly for 30 years before seeking a new challenge in his career. Ray first joined us as a part-time associate but in only a few months he was working full-time in the Shop. Ray’s eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly, allowed him to advance to Shop Lead, and eventually to Fleet and Equipment Manager. That’s a long way from his 12 hours a week job! After a busy week of work, Ray loads up his truck on Friday afternoons and heads down to his trailer to enjoy a weekend of relaxation! Thank you for all you do, Ray!

As our Design Build Production Manager, Darren transforms our clients’ dreams into a reality by managing the teams that create the beautiful outdoor living spaces TLC is known for. Darren started with us back in 2004, when the company consisted of only 30 to 40 employees. Fast forward 18 years, and he continues to grow with us as our team expands to over 150 employees. Darren takes great pride in and satisfaction from the hard work his teams put in and the happy customers that result. One piece of advice that has contributed to Darren’s professional growth is that you cannot do everything yourself. More success will come by building a team of talented, like-minded individuals who share your vision. We are so glad to have dedicated managers like Darren on our team!
