Interested in lowering your belly fat? I would suggest a low sugar diet. What does that mean? When I say "low sugar", this refers to a way of eating that removes as many refined carbohydrates as possible. Refined carbs ---> white/bleached flour, whole wheat, packaged & processed foods.... Opt for unrefined, "whole grain" options, so the nutrients and fibre are intact. That's the healthy part. All carbohydrates break down into glucose which is what our bodies use for energy, so we need quality carbohydrates to feel and function at our best. No, this is not keto and it's not a fad diet. It's a long-term approach to your health, by choosing quality carbs, fats and protein. Watch your "sugar" intake and you'll see many more benefits: Improved digestion Boost in mood & combats mental illnesses Clearer skin Less fatigue More quality sleep Feeling better overall Balanced weight If you're interested, contact me for details! I'm here to help you feel great every day!

The more we embrace uncertainty.. the more peace we encourage into our lives. Believe me, I had to learn this the hard way. I'm a planner, I like to think about the future and I remember a time when I was not enjoying the present moment, always trying to plan what was next. The truth is, we never know what challenges life is going to throw at us. ... What I have found is that you can make yourself comfortable in the present moment so that when things become more challenging (and they will!), you'll be in a better state to manage it. Taking power over how you feel in the moment is: Tackling what you can control Releasing what you cannot Finding joy in the little things Providing peace, calm & low stress Laughing at how ridiculous some situations are Focusing on the positive Eating healthy/meal preparation Reminding yourself that not all moments, situations, or stages in life are going to be comfortable. You get to find your personal comfort in uncomfortable situations, that's your power. Wishing you some moments of peace and joy during this challenging time. You deserve it.

There is a happy way to be healthy, it takes hard work but you're worth it! You need to explore all aspects of your wellness to ensure you're nurturing yourself properly. This includes mental, emotional, spiritual/fulfillment, food choices, exercise, and lifestyle choices. ... Sometimes the more we live our lives, the more we get pulled away from doing the things we truly enjoy and focus on what we think we need to do. That's okay, it's completely normal. All of us get pulled off-track at times. Practicing wellness allows you to realize sooner that you're falling off-track and having the systems in place to keep you motivated + healthy. You deserve to be happy, live a life you're proud of, and feel great in your body. It can also help to have someone guide you through it, someone who has been where you are. Wishing you wellness!
