Our school has long served our community in more ways than education. We strive to promote global stewardship that starts with our local families and communities. This is our third year delivering Boxes of Hope to needy families in our community. This year Peel has received over 600 Syrian refugees. Our high school has received approximately 115 Syrian refugee students since November 2015. Approximately 78% of these students come from families that have been stationed at ref...ugee camps over the last five years. Our enrolment is ongoing, and we expect another wave of refugee students in mid-December. I have attached the demographics of a family, in the hopes that our alumni might collectively sponsor a family this holiday season.
