Clutter to Clarity

Keep showing up even when it feels like the world is sitting on your shoulders, even when you're so exhausted you don't think you can take another step, even when it hurts to stand in your truth, even after you fall on your face. Keep showing up even when all you want to do is pull the covers over your head and cry, even if it is dark and fear is whispering in your ear that you're not good enough, even when you struggle to believe in yourself. And, if today you struggle with ...showing up ask for help, reach out to those people who have earned the right to hear your story, those who will stand beside you, those who will reach out a hand to help you stand back up when you fall in the arena, those who will have your back, those who will cheer for you, and those who will believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself. No matter how you feel today, show up for yourself in kindness, gentleness, and grace. You are amazing, you are loved, you've got this! How are you today?
