Neo Kizomba Festival 2019 Wow it has taken me a whole week to recover!! What an amazing time I had at this festival and what an honor it was to teach here t...his year Charles Ogar we can tell you put your heart and soul into this festival and each year it gets better and better!! Thank you for trusting me with the curriculum of the fundamentals track and for having faith in my teaching This has been my absolute favourite teaching experience I have ever had at a congress...the students were so genuinely engaged and absorbed so much throughout the 5 classes. The positive vibes, energy and dynamic with the class and with my lovely teaching companion Isabelle Thibeault were just We had so much fun and the fundamentals track was such a success!! Merci Isabelle d'avoir m'assister pour tous ces cours Thank you also to the Neokiz team for making me and Isabelle feel so welcome and well taken care of Special thanks to Yelena Jurney and my roomies Sarah Linsenman and Anne Goodwin, you guys were really on top of everything Thank you to everyone who took a private with me this weekend This was a very busy and loaded weekend with the classes, privates, judging competitions, SYS, social dancing, and doing the Jack and Jill . The competitions were such a great addition and although I was a bit shy to compete, it was such a fun experience Merci Val'r Afrokiziac et Stephy Tarrakiz on a reussi a 3 vous etes This was my last time teaching in North America for the next while bittersweet, I will miss all of you, but such a beautiful way to end this chapter If ever anyone comes to Beijing, China, hit me up! Mulheres - Toronto Kizomba Festival Congrats to the Toca Ladies for their last performance. Although we didn't have a singer with us this time you guys did ...a fantastic job adapting It has been a nice 5 months working with you on this project, from Ottawa to Mexico to Toronto Thank you Regan Baird and your team for organizing. You treated us like queens this weekend, you thought of everything (the bracelets, the macaroons ...). Seeing the passion you have for this project I hope you get to continue to realize your dreams Regan. It was so nice bonding with all you ladies Thank you to my Ottawa queen Vii Ronica for assisting with my class. I am happy for you and fully trust you to do great things for Toca and the dancers of Ottawa in the future with Elvis Amisi (teacher training = complete ) And the cherry on top the Jennifer Dias concert!
