The TOCA Ball is a really important part of TOCA Training. A smaller than regulation (size 2) ball is tougher to strike and is challenging to control, even for good players. Because of it’s smaller size, the TOCA Ball is more difficult to track in the air, and it’s lighter weight enables another important component in the TOCA studio... high repetition. If you can do it with a TOCA Ball, a size 5 is easy. It’s also a blast as the beach and fits in a backpack!!! #TOCA #TOCATraining #TOCABALL #SOCCER

Tony Leone has been training with us for a couple of years now... It's safe to say he's doing pretty well! Recently he signed his first pro contract with LAFC! "One of LAFC's first three Homegrown signings, Leone is one of the brightest defensive prospects on the continent. He should develop into a starting center back in the coming years."
