I can attest to this as do many of my clients who have foot pain. Whether it’s an injury, poor footwear or total neglect, sore feet hurt. It can be extremely difficult to manage in daily life and almost destroy ones’ leisure activities or competitiveness. Poor foot health has a direct impact on how well or poorly the rest of your body functions.
