Today is such an exciting day at the shop! Not only are we officially OPEN again, but today we are celebrating our 5 year anniversary as well! We have a few things that we ask of all of our amazing clients as we get back to pampering you! If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment... Our waiting room is closed, please remain in your vehicle or outside and give us a text letting us know that you are here, so that we can let you in the building Both our service providers and our clients are required to wear masks inside the building If possible, arrive to your appointment alone, with no children, friends, or accompaniment We are so excited to see you all again! Re-opening While we are so excited to get back to work, we want to make sure that we are doing so safely and in compliance with all the new health standards! Effective March 21st, Toi et Moi will be shutting our doors in order to do our part with stopping the spread of COVID-19. Due to the close proximity we need to have with our clients, we have been advised by the BC Government to no longer operate or offer services as of today! We will be contacting everyone who has an appointment in the next few weeks, and will continue to monitor the situation as well as update our social media with any changes!... We love you all! We are positive you have seen so many posts like this in the last few days, but we thought it was wise to reiterate on our social media and hopefully put some minds at ease! During these uncertain times our shop is doing everything in our power to keep our services as safe and hygienic as possible, while also keeping our clients, staff, and families healthy! In order to do this we only ask one thing of our clients, If you or someone you share living space with, have re...cently been travelling outside of Canada, inside Canada, been in contact with anyone who potentially may have been infected with the virus, or you feel under the weather, please reschedule your appointment!!! As much as we love to have you in the shop, this has become something we must all keep in our thoughts and actions as the days go forward. We are remaining open for now and ask that everyone use their best judgement regarding their appointments! We have our annual Northern Health inspection today and in addition to our usual cleaning and sterilizing regime, we will be asking for and following any additional measures they recommend! See more
