#TuziChallenge4 Breakfast edition. Decided I needed the most ridiculous breakfast burger I've had in ages. So I did @whitebullsbbq Taco Uppercut hashbrown patties, Rack City Back Bacon, Thee Rub 1/2lbs patties and Bird Gang eggs. Used @duckfatspray as a binder on everything and then it all went into the @pitbossgrills Navigator for a deadly smoke bath. Those @pitmasterschoicepellets are the absolute best and give such amazing color and flavor. Added a slice of Jalapeño Monter...ey Jack cheese and a mess of @junior.and.the.kid Roasted Coffee BBQ sauce. Another day another #TuziChallenge4 cook complete. Scratch made tomato sauce into the Pit Boss Grills Navigator which was actually a first for me. Tomatoes, onions, garlic and a variety of spices all mixed together and smoked with Pitmasters Choice Pellets Fruit Wood Pellets. I will never make pasta sauce another way again. Mixed the sauce into egg noodles and away we went. As for the pork chops I trimmed them with my @spaceman_knives boning knife, Duck Fat Spray binder,... White Bulls BBQ Pulled Hog base layer then breaded with panko crumbs. Into the air fryer to get a nice crispy texture to them. Covered in Jalapeño Monterey Jack cheese and ready to serve.
