Hello everyone. We are all extremely excited to be back. Here at Tonys Barbering, we always take the safety of our staff and clients very seriously. In light of developments surrounding the novel coronavirus Covid-19, please read the following: If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms-fever, cough, fatigue, muscle aches, shortness of breath- please refrain from entering the barbershop. We will be more than happy to provide our services to you when you are sympto...m free. If you have traveled outside the province of Nova Scotia, public health officials are asking people to self isolation/quarantine for 14 days. In order to adhere to strict social distancing guidelines we have switched to an appointment only based system. This is so that we can prevent a crowd of people from building up inside the shop. You can book online at our new website www.tonysbarbering.ca or use or Facebook page. We are still adjusting this new booking system and ask for your patience and understanding while we learn how to streamline this and give you the best possible experience. We ask that you please wear a mask during your service. The mask is solely your responsibility. Non surgical masks are acceptable. If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you when available for a fee of $2.00. In order to adhere to strict social distancing guidelines we ask that nobody accompany you to the barbershop. Obviously we will be making exceptions if you are the parent, guardian or care worker of a child, senior or anybody that has special needs. In these cases we require that you limit it to one person accompanying you. If anyone shows any outward signs of being unwell, they will be asked to leave. The NSRBA and Nova Scotia provincial government has released a list of guidelines on how to provide these services safely. Hello everyone. We just wanted to let everyone know that Tony will be coming back to work on Monday July 6th. He will be back to his regular schedule of 6am till 9am from Monday to Saturday. Tony will be accepting walk-ins only. Because of social distancing guidelines he can only allow 3 people in the waiting area at a time. If there are more than that you may be required to wait in your car or outside until the people inside leave. Tony is very excited to be back and would also like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while he was away.

We would like to inform people that Amedeo Tony Ravina will not be returning to work on June 5th. Tony is 73 years old and is in the high risk category with COVID 19. He will be returning at a later date. We dont have an exact date but it will be at least 2 weeks from now maybe a month. We all love Tony and just feel that its just not worth the risk to potentially expose him to so many different people. We hope you all understand and know that any one of our skilled barbers are more than happy to take care you in the meantime.

Hello everyone. We are now accepting online booking through Resurva. This is the link to the online booking. It will also be available on our website which will be up and running in a few hours. This is all new for us here so we ask for everyones patience as we try to learn and work the kinks out of this system. We hope to have this running as a well oiled machine very quickly. ... We are very excited about this. Things are changing everywhere because of COVID 19 and Tonys Barbering is no different. Well be posting our new protocols for the shop hopefully by the end of today.

Barbershops in Nova Scotia will be permitted to reopen for business on June 5th. We will be open. We are currently in the process of setting up an online booking service. We hope to have it up and running ASAP. We have always been a strictly walk-in establishment. This is going to an adjustment for everyone and we appreciate everyones patience and patronage. Obviously things are going to be very different for at least the foreseeable future here. Again we appreciate everyone patience and understanding

Please minimize the number of people who accompany you to the barbershop. If anyone shows any outward signs of being unwell, they will be asked to leave. We will no longer be offering beard trims as a service until further notice. We will be open regular hours unless instructed otherwise by the proper authorities.
