Already getting word that poultry plants are increasing costs on most items. Surprisingly boneless / skinless thighs are now looking like the most expensive cut/ part of chicken. ... On the beef side of things word is to expect a shortage / price increase of BbQ steak cuts this summer. Especially prime rib/ ribeyes. No word just where the market price will end up but expect a jump. On top of all that good news lol. Who knows what shortages the cyber attacks targeting beef plants that are on the news will result in. Likely more people will start looking local more (as more people should ) but again this will increase demand. As always in these crazy times we will continue to provide the best products possible at the best price we can given the demand.

A heads up to everyone. The beef market is going crazy. Everyone can likely expect shortages over the next few months. We are trying our best to keep beef going through the system. But forced delays are starting to happen more regularly. Unfortunately effective from now on until further notice all beef product prices will have to see an increase of $2/lb. Hopefully things get back to normal as far as the government plants go fairly soon. Thanks.
