Dear Customers COVID-19 Virus Update ... Our employees and customer’s health and well-being are paramount, as always. We have taken all steps to ensure our employees are well-informed and adopting the necessary precautions to protect themselves and our customers during these unusual times. The government has advised we are approaching stage three in Ontario. Great news. Top Notch Mechanical will continue the same protocols we have put in place including; disinfecting and any precautionary steps. Please notify the service technician if you or anyone in your location are not feeling well (new cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat etc.), been in close physical contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or returned from outside Canada in the last two weeks. You will be required to advise your service technician before any work begins. Technicians will be maintaining the recommended 2 meter distance if possible; masks will be worn if that distance is not possible. In Top Notch Mechanical, there is nothing we hold dearer than the health and safety of our families, customers, employees, and the communities we operate in. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) impact continues to unfold, I wanted to reach out to assure you of the precautionary steps we taking to best ensure our shop and vehicles remain a safe, healthy, and effective service We are closely following the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). We have enhanced our existing hygiene and health practices, including frequent additional disinfecting and sanitizing throughout our hands, tools, and in particular high-touch areas inside our vans. In order to diminish any risk of transmission of the COVID-19, we’ll ask you a few questions in order to deliberate if the service you solicited should be done or not (if you travelled outside Canada, if you or any person living at your house have any symptoms) in order to protect ourselves, our families and our customers. Employees are trained to maintain a social distance according to the situation.
