We leaked a few of these photos a couple weeks back but decided we needed to post a few more to do this place justice. Heres another great project we completed over the 2019 summer. We were entrusted as Coast Construction's painting professionals on the new Squamish GFL Environmental Offices. This was one of our first commercial projects, but as you can see this is not your average commercial space. Everyone involved in this project treated this space as if it were a high end Whistler home, so naturally, we felt right at home ... One of the biggest question marks for us when we started was how we were going to pull off that black to white mid wall transition line on a 60' long hallway and into the stairwell.... Well, with a little patience, a lot of yellow frog tape & masking, I think we managed to knock it out of the park What do you think?

We restored this deck for @rdcfinehomes as a filler project over this past summer. This was a very labour intensive job as the deck had been neglected for far too long. First we had to fully sand the entire surface of the deck to take off a majority of what was left of the old stain and open up the grain for our next processes. ... Once we were done sanding we chemically stripped & nylon brush scrubbed it to try and remove any of the remainder stain left in the grain. Once complete, we acid cleaned/brightened the deck boards to kill any mildew in the deck boards from the years of the hot tub overflowing + bring back some of the natural colour in the wood. Once the deck was dry, we had to fully sand it again right before staining as moisture raises the grain in wood, and we don't want this baby to be rough on the feet. Finally, as per the product manufacturers guidelines, we finished this thing off with 1 coat of oil based penetrating stain. We plan to be back in the spring to give it a good pressure wash with some deck cleaner, followed by another cleaning + 1 coat of stain the following spring. Thanks to our maintenance plan program, that we provide to all of our clients, paired with all the work we've done thus far, this deck should have many more years of life left. Might we add, we back all of our work with a 2 year warranty as well Did somebody say hot tub party time?

We recently completed a rather large interior & exterior renovation project for @bluelinecontracting. This project demanded a large portion of our time this summer as there were lots of custom finishes needed We applied finishes on everything from drywall, which we had to first remove the outdated Venetian plaster texturing, to new T&G ceilings as well as existing bookshelves and even updated the ski room panelling & shelving.... We may have to post some before pictures at some point to truly show the magnitude of this transformation For the time being, have a look at a few after shots of the work our team at Top Coats Professional Painting has provided.

This white to black transition line turned out mint, not a single touch-up needed thanks to the use of Yellow Frog Tape ... At Top Coats Professional Painting we spare no expense when it comes to using the best of the best paints and materials

Today we started another great project for RDC Fine Homes Inc. This week will be our last () final push of 2019, we will be working hard at getting this thing all primed up before the holidays. Bring on the prep.... ... But more importantly, bring on the turkey and holidays that are long over due

Its been a long time since we have had a moment to breathe let alone keep our page updated. That being said, we have lots of projects to share with you all soon enough How about we start with a couple before and afters to kick things off ... The following are photos of our Snowridge project up in Whistler for Blueline Contracting This one demanded a lot of our time this summer.

After weeks on end of long days and weekends, with the foreseeable future holding the same, it was time I let the boys take the wheel for the day and have some fun... Even if it's just a couple hours. Oh the serenity ... Ps. We have loads of projects to share... Just have to wait until I get a spare minute. ... Or 50

We are quite glad to see this thing updated, protected, and looking sharp There was a lot of prep work that went into this job due to the weathering, as this place gets heavy sun exposure pretty much all day long. Nothing Top Coats Painting cant handle though... Yes we even do re-paints... A power wash, intensive scraping, tedious masking, elastomeric primer and a couple coats of solid stain and shes as good as new, All doors on this project set to be finished at a later date. I think they are thinking a bright red to make it pop

After a recent ankle surgery and an extended couch stay, I am finally starting to get back on the tools. Plenty of big projects in the pipeline, can't wait to post more of our projects! While I was laid out, I had a thought Why not use this time productively...... That thought, then turned into reality

This is a project we have just started working on for Kia Kaha Construction. Its a mix of new build and renovation work. One of the homeowners is a "car guy", so naturally one of the spaces is going to have a car lift and mezzanine for storage of car parts.
