We’ll be temporarily closing our doors again Thursday December 24th until the provincial lock down is over which is set to be January 28th. All memberships will be paused effectively immediately and scheduled to process again once lock down orders are over. Unfortunately this time around we will not be lending equipment out, we’re going to take the time to service and do maintenance work to everything.... This is not ideal, but we must do our part. Hey guys. Attached is a video of plans for Monday ONLY. Depending on the next announcement which will be made on Monday we’ll have a different game plan moving forward. Some key take aways; - 10 people in the entire facility at once - 50 minute time slots ... - MUST reserve your time slot online - Schedule will be release Sunday at 8:00pm - 50 minute session from the hour, dont show up late - Front door will be closed, only open for the transition period - No fitness classes, we will have workouts posted for members to complete on their own - Time slots are from 6:00am-10:00pm *Please share this with anyone who might not have social media. We will Be sending out an email as well. This is not the ideal situation that we want to be in, however we do want to take all precautions and make sure our members are staying safe.

Hey guys, attached is the step by step process you’ll need to do before entering the gym EVERYDAY. We understand that a lot of you like to book ahead of time, therefor we’ve also attached the link to your reservation reminder 1 hour before your time slot. You’ll get a reminder about your reservation, click the link and follow the questionnaire. ! Reminder to only fill out the questionnaire on days you are attending the gym ! THESE STEPS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP EVERYONE SA...FE. Failure to to make a reservation or fill out the questionnaire will result in denied access to the facility. Thank you

We’re now entering level orange All previous policies are still in place and below are the new ones; - 90 minute maximum inside the facility! Still needing to sign up online in our 1 hour time slots. - We’ve added two self screening assessments at our entrances, please read and assess before entering (we are currently working with our website designers to integrate assessment email when you reserve your time slot for the gym)... ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS Some very important information regarding our policies moving forward after the announcement of the Niagara region moving into the Protect stage. Below are NEW PROTOCOLS ; - All members must pre book their visit to the gym with our scheduling app online (www.topdawgsfitness.ca) If you forget to reserve your time slot, our access control system will not let you enter the facility. ... - Patrons must be spread out 3M apart within the facility. We understand some equipment is closer than 3M apart, therefor we’ll be following an every other machine policy. - Fitness class capacity of 10 people ( make sure to sign up online) - Must wear a mask at all times, except while exercising. - Must wipe down your equipment after each use with the spray and towel provided. - Hand sanitize when entering the facility. - Avoid gathering in groups within the gym. The above rules and regulations are put in place by our government, we must abide by these rules to keep the gym safe and open! Effective Monday November 9th 12:01am.

A day a HERO Wods in support of wounded warriors! Come join 3 local veterans and participate the hero wods throughout the day. You can stay all day or come for a few workouts. Attached is the full schedule breakdown. We will have a designated area set up for Alan throughout the day. If you plan on joining Alan for a workout make sure to show up a few minutes early to get set up.
