Expanding Locations!! Hi everyone! We just want to let you know that we are now offering TNT sessions in Yellow Grass on Monday and Wednesday evenings for athletes of all ages! Message us ASAP if you are interested in joining or if you have any further questions! ... We can’t wait to work with all of you!

Attention Novice, Atom, PW & Bantam & Midget Boys: We have our TNT groups running throughout the end of August! If you want to get in shape, build some strength and work on hockey skills send us a message and we can give you information or get you signed up!! We are flexible to those who need to miss sessions for holidays and also do drop in rates!

We have 2 spots left in our Youngsters Group (ages 10-13) for the next session of Training. The workouts will focus on teaching proper training techniques, building strength and speed, hockey skills, and most importantly having fun! Here is our newest feature post of the day! This is one of our female bantam groups! This wonderful group of girls meet at 10:30am in the mornings are always smiling and laughing! They are a great group of individuals to joke around with and are always willing to learn and make themselves better every day. We look forward to every session we get to work with them! (Ps, maybe one day we’ll make a surprise feature in one of Beau’s tik toks...) In this group we have Rayna Hennie, Beau Chisholm, Addi Greve, Amy Swayze, Meghan Weger, Rori Dickie, and Neveah Mellon
