After a few times of basement flooding, we we're hired to Repair and Waterproof this Foundation. We Excavate, Clean & Prep the Foundation Wall & Footings, Parge any large cracks and holes, Apply our Primer, Waterproofing Membrane, Drainage Membrane, Replace the Weeping Tile and then Backfill. Completed in Innisfil, ON; November 2020.

A Small Waterproofing Patch Job we Completed in Alliston, ON; November, 2020. We had the heaters going so our membranes can adhere properly to the wall on this -1*C day.

We constructed a 13'x32' Backyard Patio Slab with pillars so an attached roof can be constructed in Angus ON - August 2020

We constructed an 8'x14' Concrete Slab for an Arctic Spas Barrie Swim Spa in Shelburne, ON - August 2020

A Concrete Walkway from the Driveway to Backyard was Completed in Tottenham; October 2020. We had a lot of rain and cold weather trying to complete this one but we managed. Also, we just took the insulated tarps off before taking the final pictures for the off looking moisture marks in the concrete.

Due to a Foundation Issue, Tor Contracting was hired to repair a Garage Foundation due to it sinking caused by poor soil conditions and water drainage issues. We Underpinned the existing foundation footing to solid compacted soil, repaired the cracks in the walls, installed a new drainage weeping system and replaced the garage floor slab. We we're hired by InnServices from the Town of Innisfil to repair one of the concrete lids at one of their sewage pumping station (our scope of work was to repair the 1 section of sidewall for a new lifting davit and parge the top of lid only). Completed September 2020.
