This is Doubtful! Diagnosed with lymphoma, Doubtful has taken a long road having undergone two separate chemotherapy protocols to date. Though Doubtful’s lymphoma may not have always cooperated, Doubtful himself has rarley missed a beat and is finally enjoying a very well deserved break! We couldn’t be happier for Doubtful and his family!!

This adorable Frenchie is Lily! Lily’s diagnosis of cancer came following emergency surgery. Diagnosed with cancer of her spleen, Lily bounced back from surgery quickly and then underwent several months of chemotherapy. Lily is pictured here graduating from therapy after imaging revealed her cancer to still be in remission! Congratulations Lily !... #frenchiesofinstagram #lily #frenchbulldogsofinstagram #frenchbulldogsoftoronto #ontariofrenchies #cancer #emergency #oncology #anesthesia #radiology

This lovely girl is Maple. Maple was diagnosed with a mast cell tumour, which required both surgery and chemotherapy to address. Though nervous, Maple slowly came out of her shell, particularly when treats were in the offering. Maple was rewarded for her efforts with a diagnosis of complete remission following her last does of chemotherapy!!!... #maple #mastcell #cancer #remission #completeremission

Macy is a lovely Labrador retriever that was diagnosed with melanoma of her lip that had spread to a lymph node. Macy was treated with an immunotherapy designed to use her own immune system to attack her cancer cells. The smile on her face here is after the news that her cancer had not spread any further following therapy! Way to go Macy! ... #macy #labradorretriever #labsofinstagram #smile

We are introducing Bella here for the first time, however Bella is anything but new to the TVEH Oncology service. Diagnosed with lymphoma 2 years ago, Bella is pictured here graduating her chemotherapy protocol for the second time! Cheers Bella! As much therapy Bella has had, you would never know it meeting her! Not certain a side effect has ever been reported, Bella is always a smiling ‘ Golden ‘ face at every appointment!... #goldenretriever #goldenretrieversofinstagram #oncology #chemo #veterinarymedicine #bella

This is Willow! Willow was diagnosed with a rather classic lymphoma but has had anything but a classic progression through her treatment. We attempted this announcement once previous but we’re derailed by a bump in the road necessitating additional treatment. But here we are, after 2 chemotherapy protocols getting a much-deserved break from treatment! We couldn’t be more excited for Willow!... We are also pretty convinced Willow is where the saying ‘puppy dog eyes’ comes from. See more

Another Daisy in the TVEH Oncology service, this Daisy was treated somewhat unconventionally for her breast cancer. In the end, however, the approach has paid off in spades as Daisy is pictured here at the end of her treatment with little-to-no evidence of her previous cancer. Daisy will be monitored closely but will get some much deserved time off of therapy! #breastcancerawareness #dogsofinstagram #daisy #oncology

This is Gilbert! The TVEH oncology service was lucky enough to spend long days with Gilbert while he received treatment for a cancer arising from his anal sac while his mom was at work taking care of her own patients (Gilbert’s mom is also a veterinarian!) Gilbert proved to be the most well-mannered and easy-going patient and is pictured here with the exciting news of being cancer-free at the end of treatment. Congrats Gilbert!
