t is with extremely heavy hearts that we make this announcement. This afternoon, the Ontario government announced that Toronto, Peel and Ottawa will enter a modified stage 2, effective tomorrow, Saturday October 10th. This announcement enforces the closure of all indoor gyms and fitness centers for a minimum of 28 days, which means that TSCA will not be permitted to hold any classes, open gym training, privates or workshops during this time. We are extremely proud of the meas...ures we have implemented and maintained from the very beginning and will continue to put the health and safety of our students and community first. With that said, we are temporarily closing our doors in hopes that as a collective, we can move forward in flattening the curve. To our current students, please keep an eye out on your emails as we provide updates regarding our next steps. The Toronto School of Circus Arts is very excited to be offering a truly unique workshop with Enya White (@blacktrapeze). Enya, a Cirque du Soleil artist (Luzia) and graduate of the National Circus School of Montreal, is a highly experienced professional coach with over 10 years under her belt. On October 20th, 2020 she will be joining us at TSCA for a 1.5 hour workshop in dance/static trapeze.... As many of you know, TSCA is the largest training facility in Ontario with over 12,000 sq. ft of space. However, due to the current circumstances, we are limiting this opportunity to only 10 participants, to allow for maximum social distancing. If you are looking for a more intimate training session, Enya will also be available on October 20th from 12:00-6:00PM for 1 hour private lessons. All privates will be held in TSCA's new studio C. Studio C is designed to give students and professional artists a creative, intimate space to train, explore and develop in all areas of performing arts.
