Meet Lucas, one of our Technical Foundation Program Coach Helpers. Lucas trained with the Toronto Diving Academy for 4 years and competed at the National level. Lucas now enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding and trampolining. We are very happy to have Lucas helping us out with our TF 1 divers!

First attempt at a front 3 1/2 somersault doesn't always go perfectly well...but Gilles' impersonation of Mary Poppins is spot on!

Gilles took his Mary Poppins impersonation to the next level with this dive! (The difficulty of wearng face masks is that our athletes can't alway hear what we say. Gilles asked Emmitt to do a front 3 1/2 but Emmitt heard front 2 1/2!)

We want to introduce you to our Technical Foundations Coach Helpers. This is Chloe. Chloe is a former National level diver and trained with us at the Toronto Diving Academy for 5 years. Outside of coaching and school, Chloe also enjoys baking, sewing, playing sports, hiking and spending time with her family. We are thrilled to have Chloe helping us out with our younger divers!
