Remember that forecast that said Home Prices would drop 8-12% in 2020 because of Covid. Well they did the opposite. Next year will be even more nuts. The Real Estate Market ‘bubble’ didn’t crash during Covid....so when will it? Who knows but I can say Investors are confident in Toronto. We’re built to last. 1.2Million new residents in 3 years will be a big part of that. This forecast mentions 5.5% increase. But that’s across all Housing types. If you want a Detchached Home, ...they’ll likely be up even more. And I repeat, the time to buy your condo is NOWWW. I don’t have a crystal ball. I don’t know what the future holds. But if I was a betting man, I think 2021 will be a nuts year for our Toronto Market. And I think that all begins Jan.2.
