Dear Divers, Our building has been sold to Great Gulf, a condo developer downtown. After careful consideration and amidst the ever-changing developments with COVID now seems the best option for us to take this opportunity to relocate our retail store which will happen in 2021. All dive training courses continue to be busy as we move into our indoor pool. We are also still booking and developing future dive travel and are excited to launch the newly designed ScubaGetaway.com website very soon. Retail certainly has felt the impact of the pandemic but we remain well stocked and able to provide retail and service as before so please connect with us via phone or email. We have enjoyed our time at the Spadina location and we look forward to inviting everyone to the new location as soon as we can. Best, Peter and the whole TSC family.

Excellent review by Ian Campbell, via Google Hi quality gear, and non-pushy help to find what you want. Peter looked at my face for a moment, then suggested a models that might fit. First one I tried on had a perfect seal. Very happy, and had an enjoyable chat, too. Great folks!

Hi Everybody, Due to having young children at home and whilst we continue to navigate the safety of the current situation our store will be available by appointment only. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience to you, we are just trying to make the best choice for everyone. ... Please call Peter at 416 792 3483 and we will be happy to make an appointment with you to come into the shop, even if it’s just for a snorkel. Please call if you have any questions about courses or products at all. We will remain well-stocked and able to accommodate purchases and orders as usual. For scuba courses, we are still waiting on access to pools and the lakes, this is a recreational issue we all share so our timeframe is the same as yours. We are looking forward to getting back to normal with you, and back underwater. Thank you for your support in the meantime it means a lot to us! Stay safe and be kind to each other, we are all in this together - TSC Team

NITROX DIVING You may have heard of it. Here are some reasons Nitrox should be your next dive specialty course: - You breathe less nitrogen while you dive, this will increase personal safety.... - Longer bottom times, it is ideal at shallower depths. - Another PADI certification to expand your diver knowledge, it also will teach you more about how your computer works. - Enhance your dive vacations! Take full advantage of the dive opportunities on vacation by staying under the water and exploring as long and safely as possible. This course is available to take at your convenience online at any time! https://torontoscubacentre.com//enriched-air-nitrox-course/

Found this little gem in Raja a blue anemone with adorable friends. Sea anemones are not corals, but are found in coral reefs. They are sessile marine invertebrates and some species have a symbiotic relationship with the clownfish or anemone fish. They provide each other with protection, exchange of food and oxygenation.
