Blue is prepping to re-open on the 23rd. Please stay off the hill to let them do their work safely.
The lifts won't be turning, but our snowmakers will still be making snow, our groomers will be out pushing the snow so that once we're given the green light - we can welcome everyone back to the best conditions possible.

Blue Mountain Resort will suspend all ski operations starting the morning of Saturday, December 26, to comply with the province-wide shutdown order recently iss...ued. We will begin ramping down Resort and most Village operations, and by 12:01 AM on December 26, all lift operations will be closed. We are working to understand and implement requirements that apply to other Resort operations. We will work directly with our guests with reservations regarding their visit and will provide refunds for lodging reservations and lift tickets dated during the shutdown period. At this time, 5x7 Passholders can visit www.bluemountain.ca for deferral information and Ikon Pass holders should review the Adventure Assurance policy. Lesson Program participants can expect a communication regarding their registration. Thank you for your patience as we continue to assess this evolving situation. We anticipate heavy call, email and social media volume over the next several days and appreciate guests’ understanding as we work hard to respond to all inquiries. While this is a disappointing reality, the health and safety of our employees and guests continue to be the highest priority. Blue Mountain will continue to provide updates on its website, e-mails, and social media sites. We encourage everyone to follow current Public Health guidelines and look forward to welcoming guests back to Blue when shutdown ends after January 23.
