Congratulation to our former player @roenfh_fa on his move from SV Sandhausen U23 to the first team of FC Astoria Walldorf. Roen, who will be turning 20 year old this year left Canada at the age of 16 to pursue his dream of playing football in Germany, this move will provide invaluable first team experience as he progresses up the German football pyramid.
To all our players, friends and supporters affected by the upcoming teachers strike on February 21st we will be providing a soccer day camp at the Major League Sportsplex. located at 641 Danforth Road.

The National Under 20 boys will leave for Nicaragua on Friday 14th February to compete in the Concacaf Under 20 Qualifiers fixtures for Monday 17th to Sunday 23...rd February 2020. The play against Guyana, Monsterarrt, U.S Virgin Islands and Host country Nicaragua in Hope's of qualifying for the Concacaf Under 20 Championship 2021. Congratulations and good luck to Tristan Marshall as he joins up with the St Vincent & Grenadines U20 National team. as they get ready for CONCACAF U20 world cup qualifiers. The tournament will take place in Nicaragua from February 15-23 . This is Tristan second major age group tournament, last year he played in the CONCACAF U17 qualifying tournament. Toronto Skillz's player Robert Balaban (2004) completed his move to German club SV Elversberg this past month. Robert will continue his development within the club's academy. Robert has been a Toronto Skillz player since the age of 10, he captained our U16 team last year before graduating to our League1 Reserve team for the 2020 season. Robert starts the 2020/21 season on September 6th. Robert's hard work, dedication and drive to always improve will serve him well in Germany. We would like to thank Schachter Sports, our trusted partner for their continued guidance, as we continue to create opportunities for our players.
The game should always be fun, players should always be smiling, you will have lots of fun in 2020.

CEO and Chief Scout form Schachter Sports, Sebastian Schachter will be in Toronto from October 5th to October 8th. As a trusted partner of Toronto Skillz, Schachter Sports, has been key in providing opportunities for our club and players in Germany. Sebastian will be overseeing a scouting session on Monday October 7th at the Major League SportsPlex at 8:30 pm. This session will be used to identify players who are 17 years or older for opportunities in Germany within the Schachter German Club Network. Our boys were at SV Sandhausen U19 game today to see our former player Roen play in the opening game of the 2019-2020 season. A 4 -0 win was a great way to start the season. Roen came on in the 2nd half. We wish Roen all the best this coming season.
Another challenging training session today in Germany. So far 14 days of intensive work for some of our top young players. They have impressed many clubs and coaches on this trip.
Another day of training in Germany for some of our top young players at TSV Schott Mainz Academy. The experience gained training with top quality U17 academy players really provides our players with an idea of the level of performance required everyday.

We’re excited to announce that David Müller will be the lead coach in our March Break Camp next week! David has coached multiple teams in Germany, including FC Phönix Otterbach, TSG Kaiserslautern, Eintract Kaiserslautern, and FK Pirmasens. He is UEFA "B" licensed, and he holds a Soccer Management Diploma from IST Düsseldorf, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
