Great news in the US. Sadly the Canadian Federal government isn’t even talking to any tenant groups. Millions in Canada are at risk of eviction and Covid.

We're getting multiple reports of tenants re-negotiating leases with their landlord and getting hundreds of dollars off their current rent. Something for all tenants to consider as rents are pushed down, during the pandemic.
