Total Care office staff all wearing blue today in support of World Autism Day!!

With concern for the health, safety and well being of Total Care employees, clients and community members and in following the advice of Health Canada, the Total Care office shall be closed to the general public until further notice. Only the office employees will have access to the building. Coordinators will work remotely as they normally would, with no change in their duties. To keep with recommendations from Health Canada regarding social distancing and staying home if/...when you can, all home visits by Coordinators and Agency Nurse will be suspended until further notice. There will also be no training sessions for Orientation/First Aid etcetera until further notice. Home support service will continue as usual. We have sent detailed instructions to all home care workers regarding precautions to protect themselves and their clients. Client payments....We are still able to accept payments through email transfers, money orders and cheques which can be deposited at the office drop box (a receipt will be mailed). You may also call into the office to make a credit card payment. ( Calls will be checked periodically). If clients have any concerns or questions we encourage you to contact the office. Thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.
