Sunscreens are a MUST! But please know the difference between the two options... CHEMICAL - sunscreens absorbs into the skin and then absorbs the UV rays, converts the rays into heat, and releases them from the body. Sounds like fun right? Creates redness or as we call it erythema! Big No thank YOU!... PHYSICAL- sunblock sits on top of the skin and reflects the sunrays as would a mirror reflecting the sun. The minerals titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are the main active ingredients in physical blocks. Always look for chemical free sunscreen filters. My recommendations are the following: UV Science spf30 by Laboratoire Dr. Renaud comes in fluid matte for oily and rich emulsion for anti aging! TiZO Mineral sunscreens spf40 by Fallene. FYI: #3 is my favourite cause it's Tinted & fabulous is the hot weather. iS Clinical Eclipse spf50+ is fabulous as well... Contact me for more details.
