Today Total Look donated to a food bank as a random act of kindness LET'S MAKE KINDNESS THE NORM! Be kind and please adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy ... After months of closures we are now operating at 25% capacity and by appointment only. A scheduled appointment is valuable time set aside with one of our trained professionals. We have a high demand and many guests patiently waiting to get in to our limited schedules. No shows and last minute cancellations have an impact. To all our valued clients, our long-time loyal guests whom we see every Christmas and our community that supports us; Every year we look forward to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season in the salon with the eager anticipation of helping all of our guests feel and look their best! We know this adds to the feelings of happiness and well being that you share with your loved ones and this is something special that we are happy to be part of! Never underestimate the joy it ...brings our team to offer this for each and every one of our guests every year! It is just part of the Christmas tradition! We are feeling a huge loss emotionally not to have that opportunity this year. On behalf of the Total Look family and myself, it saddens us to announce that we will continue to be temporarily closed for services until January 8th, 2021 at the earliest, as per the updated restrictions announced by the Government of Manitoba. As hard as this is, we must do what is necessary to protect the health and safety of everyone. Our hearts go out to all of you and your loved ones during this difficult time. As such, all appointments are suspended until further notice. If you have an upcoming appointment, it will be cancelled without any further action on your part. Once we know when we can re-open, we will begin to call clients and reschedule those that were previously booked. Watch for updates from us via social media or by email. 2020 has tested all of usour strength, our resilience and ability to find the good in the most difficult of situations. We will continue to look forward to brighter days and a return to a new normal at Total Look when we can once again welcome you!
