With winter fast approaching you need to pay attention now to the little problems your feet are having...be sure to apply cream often to them, to ward off winter dryness.

Summer feet have had there fill of sun and fun....Give them this easy, natural scub.. ahhhh... blissss after.....so soft and refreshed 1 cup sea salt or epsom salt 1/2 cup oil grapeseed,almond,olive.. 2 teaspoons lemon zest (from 1 lemon) 8 drops peppermint essential oil...
