Hey guys, here it is, the class pass low down. It starts Monday January 4th at 6pm and runs each Monday for an hour, until Monday February 28th. There will be a private Facebook event for the TotaL You Mondays crew/tribe/family. In the group I will post all recorded classes and hope to have a place for us to chat and gather ideas, for you to share about you and I will use this to help build us an amazing weekly yoga sequence. This will change from week to week, giving everyone something different to look forward to. It'll be a blended yoga flow and will offer some Reiki light to end each week.
