Shoe Stretching Although I offer shoe stretching services, I've recently added a boot stretcher and a boot shaft/calf stretcher to my equipment list.

Repair It! I always tell people that most things can be repaired. If you want to make a damaged boot wearable for another winter season, the repair might be $20. If you want to make that same damaged boot look like it was brand new, the repair might cost you a little more. It all boils down to what your expectation is for the repair and what your budget is... Sometimes it makes sense to repair and sometimes it makes sense to replace.... In addition to shoe repair, I also do sports equipment repair and leatherwork. WIDE CALF ALTERATION TO BOOTS For this project, the customer needed the calf area of her boots widened by 4 inches to fit her calves comfortably. Here are a few pictures of the process from beginning to end.
