I am able to offer a limited number of individual sessions for EAL (Equine Assisted Learning) at this time. Come out to the farm, meet the horses and enjoy them. By including horses in specially-designed experiential learning exercises, EAL coaches are able to observe non-verbal communication of the horses and be a translator as well as a guide to encourage the learner to attain the outcome of each exercise. We strive to help clients address some of the stressors we're al...l going through right now. Stress, grief, anxiety...horses can read these emotions too. We operate fully outdoors and meet all requirements set forth. Clients must be at least 6 years old. This is NOT a riding lesson and will not involve riding until guidelines and client experience permit. Booking sessions as weather and regulations permit. It was a year ago today that Pearl and Polly were brought home from the auction. We started some pretty intensive feed and supplement protocols for them both, got their feet done asap and loved them up constantly. Polly has thrived and we couldn't love her any more than we already do. She joined our family last Christmas through the rescue and is forever home. Pearl is still up for adoption through StoneRidge, but until her forever family is found, we'll keep loving on her too <3

It's only a little windy today!!! The crew has stayed locked in where it's warm and dry and protected from the wind. Normally they'd protest a little, but today everyone is grateful <3. All chickens and ducks accounted for lol.

Our little man Teddy, Theodore if you're fancy. He's been here since he was 9 days old, bottle fed and always a character. We weren't sure how he'd do at the beginning, he had a tough start and required lots of therapy, but he's thriving and always looking for ways to get into trouble. Luckily Wilson is right there with him to help him find the best ways of course!

With new friends and followers, I thought perhaps it would be a good time to reinforce our policies :) When you book a Meet-n-Greet, it's a private booking. We are only open by appointment to make sure we can keep the farm clean between clients. We have multiple sets of equipment; we use different ones for each appointment and we clean everything between each time. We ask that visitors wear masks and everyone washes their hands when they arrive. We do this to keep your fa...mily safe, to keep my animals safe and to keep my family safe. We're a Family Farm, we've had to revise our business plans because of COVID and we've been blessed with some amazing clients who've come out to support our animals during this craziness. We're still taking appointments as weather and scheduling permits....and honestly...the ponies just get cuter as their winter coats grow in <3 See more

This little man came for some training about a month ago...and he's just excelling! He's up for adoption through the rescue but we're so glad we've had time with him!

We've got a few spots open for visits on Saturday! We're still only doing one group per appointment, all equipment is being cleaned between each session, and the weather looks like it should be lovely! Not sure how many more days we'll have like this...come visit us!

And dogs and goats and sheep...we're very happy around here :D

Happy 5th Birthday to Bowie....one of our dogs. While he may not meet our visitors, you can be assured he hears all of you coming and going from inside the house and barks to say hello lol.

Did you know it's National Wombat Day? We don't have wombats.....but I think they're pretty adorable! Happy Wombat Day!

One of our little riders came to a horse show with us yesterday (all COVID protocols in place outside the ring of course). She's only been riding for a couple of weeks but has shown a real gift for it and a love of learning and horses. Brenna guided her through the ring and our little star ended up with some pretty impressive results. Good job Miss N and her cheering squad on the sidelines! We're super proud of you! And super proud of Brenna and Sisco too of course.

Getting to share Mocha with kids is always a blessing....we know how close we were to losing her this summer so we take joy in her every day and it makes it that much more special when she comes with us for birthdays <3

Sir Elliott spent a little time here at the farm for some training and today he gets to go to his new home. StoneRidge kept him and his mom safe and now it's time for this little man to spread his wings <3. We'll miss you but we know we can visit!

Even if it's a little colder out here, the sunsets are still fabulous.
