A message from the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario (TIAO) About Insurance: During these unprecedented times, we know how important it is for us to use e...very tool at our disposal to bring attention to the issues facing tourism businesses. Currently, we’re working with our public affairs partners Navigator to bring attention to the issue of rising insurance premiums. We’ve already had several members contact us about extortionate rises in premiums or the refusal of some companies to even offer insurance. Is this something you have experienced or are experiencing right now? We’re trying to collate as much information as possible to form the basis for some media work next week to raise focus on the issue.
