The 10 day challenge is coming to a close...but day number 10 is my gift to you, an deep relaxing 10 min savasana practice. While the challenge is ending I hope you are not just in it for the challenge. More so that you have found a sustainable yoga practice, one that will continue after the challenge ends. You can always do the 10 day challenge multiple times in a row if you need that structure. Otherwise check out other great classes on my channel. For those that started the 10 day challenge on Jan 4th - congrats on your accomplishments! Whether you did all 10 days (or as still working on it) Now is the time to keep your momentum going and continue with regular yoga. In terms of fitness, flexibility/mobility are often forgotten. May people focus only on the hard cardio and killer weight sessions....YES these are great, but you need to balance it out with stretching. It is the flexibility/mobility of your muscles and... tissue that allow you to move well (or not very well if you are way too tight). Having more freedom of movement is also key in reducing pain and injury reduction. So keep practicing, whether it is 10 minutes a day or more...but at least do ten. If you are looking for shorter classes try my "short and sweet" playlist, everything in 15 minutes or less or check out the "morning yoga" playlist.
