I am not usually a rate poster, your mortgage should give you features that consider more than what the rate is, but in the 15 years I have been arranging mortgages, I have not seen rates this low. I am able to offer : 5 year high ratio (ie, CMHC/Genworth) insured 2.14% 5 year conventional (minimum 20% down payment or equity) 2.24%%... Tell your Friends!!!!
