Did You Know...In Alberta, at least one person dies by suicide every day, and 75% are men. The first connection Community Actions for Health & Well-Being (CAHW...B) is making is between men and their mental health by hosting a virtual "Tough Enough to Talk About It Workshop" on January 26th. This FREE workshop helps address the stigma of men's mental health issues, will provide information about how to help, and give resources for people with mental health concerns. Please check out this video for more information: https://youtu.be/lKhcoHb8D78 Everyone is welcome to join the workshop! Please phone 780.836.2343 or email [email protected] to register. #ManningCAHWB. #HealthyStrongConnected
