RECYCLING CONCERNS Western Regional Waste Management says that they are seeing a lot of contamination in the blue recycling bags. So much that Scotia is considering not taking recyclables from our area if it keeps up. WRWM says that they may have to issue surcharges for loads if this does not stop immediately.The Town of Port au Port East is asking residents to properly sort all wastes ( according to Sort It Guidelines) to avoid bags being left behind on collection day.
