First Meeting of New Council: Town of Rosetown Notice... In accordance with The Municipalities Act section 121 the first meeting of a council following a general election is to be held within 31 days after the date of the election, at a time, date and place determined by the administrator. The administrator shall provide written notice of the time, date and place of the first meeting of the council to all members of council at least 24 hours before the meeting. TOWN OF ROSETOWN NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Rosetown Bylaw No. 799-19, as approved by the Saskatchewan Municipal Board, below find the water and sewer rates, effective January 1, 2021. Monthly Water Rates:... The basic monthly water charge to all users shall be Thirty-Seven Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($37.75); plus all water used shall be charged at $12.00 per 1,000 gallons. Raw Water Rate: $1.75 per cubic meter Coin Operated Bulk Water Rate: (Water Treatment Plant Truck Fill) $7.00 per cubic meter Sewer Rates: The sewer rate shall be Fifteen Percent (15%) of the water used; plus the basic monthly charge of Thirteen Dollars ($13.00) for each sewer connection. CONVERSIONS USED: 1 Cubic Feet = 6.23 Imperial Gallons 1 Cubic Meter = 220.0 Imperial Gallons 1 Cubic Meter = 35.314 Cubic Feet WASTE COLLECTION FEES: Residential $10.00 per month Light Commercial $20.00 per month Heavy Commercial $ 5.00 per month environmental fee, only. There is a two (2) bag limit, per pickup, at a maximum weight of 20kg (44 lbs). Tags can be purchased at the Town Office at $2.00 per tag for your additional bags. RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING & SEASONAL ORGANIC COLLECTION FEES: Residential Roll-out Cart Single Family $7.80 per month -Recycling Program 12 months -Organic Seasonal Program May 1 to October 31 of each year

Rosetown Residents The Town of Rosetown would like to ask the residents to please be patient as our Public Works crew work diligently to clear the snow off of the streets. If residents are able to move their vehicle off the road, onto a driveway or into a garage that would be greatly appreciated, but is not necessary. We would also like to remind residents not to shovel snow onto the roads as this only causes more issues on the road. Please view the snow removal schedule below for more information.
